Managed development lifecycle, including requirements, implementation, and risk management. Provided both tactical and strategic direction and guidance to team on plans and deliverables. Worked with customer to deliver customer software applications and enhancements. Managed team leads who implemented program directives. Implemented and managed new scrum development approach. Defined, managed, and statused schedule for multiple parallel development activities across more than a dozen different application areas. Responsible for budget, schedule, and staffing for Cyber Integrated Solutions (CIS), Solutions Development and Delivery (SD&D) teams.
